ZUMBA

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

6:00pm - 7:00pm

included in all memberships; or £7.00 per session on a free PAYG membership.

"Hi I'm Maria! I fell in love with Zumba about ten years ago but only took the plunge and became an instructor in 2018. Since then, I have qualified to teach Aqua, HIIT and Spin and I combine it all with fulltime hours in the NHS as a midwife.  I have no formal dance training - just plenty of energy and even more enthusiasm. I love every second of teaching Zumba and am so happy to see people enjoying the class."
