An energising, musicโ€‘driven cycling session designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and lowerโ€‘body strength. Ride through varied intensities including climbs, flats, and sprints — all at your own pace.

 

Best for: Cardio fitness, endurance, leg strength
Expect: Musicโ€‘led rides, adjustable resistance, high calorie burn
