A full‑body workout designed to strengthen, tone, and condition your entire body. Using a mix of bodyweight exercises and equipment, this class targets all major muscle groups and improves overall fitness. Adaptations are provided for all abilities.
Best for: Strength, toning, overall fitness
Expect: Controlled movements, muscle burn, scalable exercises
