1. All memberships are for the stated period and run from the date of joining until cancelled by the member themselves.

2. Memberships may be revoked at any time if a member fails to conduct themselves respectfully or breaches our code of conduct.

3. Memberships are not transferable and are non-refundable.

​

4. The sports centre staff may occasionally request additional personal identification, and entry may be refused if none can be given.

​

5. All activities can be booked from up to, but not limited to, 14 days in advance.

​

6. Members must make themselves aware of the busy periods within the fitness suite, including accreditation / inductions where access to equipment may be limited.

​

7. For health and safety purposes, attendance at booked sessions will be monitored by the centre staff. Members must endeavour to cancel attendance to classes before 2:30pm on the scheduled day of the class. Failure to cancel bookings before non-attendance to activity classes on three or more occasions per calendar month will be followed up with correspondence from the centre staff reminding members of the need to cancel sessions. Continued breach of these guidelines will result in a charge of £3.50 per missed class thereafter.

8. All prices are subject to review August 31st each year after which all entry fees will be charged the newly approved rate.  Your Direct Debit will automatically adjust to the new rate as notified.

9. Members / guests of the centre must abide by the school's no smoking policy.

​

10. All members are advised to gain medical advice before commencing exercise.

​

11. Parking on-site is free of charge.

Cancelling your membership T&Cs:

Shine operates a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund. This applies to facilities hire/court hire or class bookings. 

 

Any cancellations made on or after the 1st of the calendar month will not be issued a refund for the month once payment has been taken, however facility use will be welcome until the last day of the same calendar month.

​

Cancellations of memberships must be made the member themselves by cancelling their direct debit.
